We purchased the Kompac II to replace the Alcohol Dampener on our A.B. Dick 9870 in November 2005 - I highly recommend the product!
We saw an immediate improvement in both print quality and production.
We now use less ink and have much shorter drying times, and
can now back up jobs the same day without hestiation and enjoy a 15% increase in press speed.
We also use considerably less moisture with Kompac.
