Using 12MM Bearing Press.

Insert bolt thru gear as shown, making sure that bearing is perfectly centered in gear with clutch identifcation marks facing down towards bearing.

Assemble bearing press as shown and then turn press nut clockwise until new bearing/clutch is pressed completely into gear.
